I LOVE this TV but...

Review Date: November 19, 2008
Reviewer: Beth C. Roman, HOUSTON, TX USA
I had a 5" black and white in my kitchen and knew with the digital conversion, I would need something else. I ordered this based on the 2 reviews out there at the time and I am so pleased with this TV. I live in Houston so there are almost 40 channels available between the digital and the analog, I get channels on this that I don't even get on my standard cable! initially I had trouble with some of the digital stations, I kept moving the TV around trying to pick up the signal (my problem was that I want the TV to sit under my cabinets and I guess that was interfering with the antenna picking up clear signals). I was getting frustrated and then remembered the other antenna it comes with. I unplugged the internal connection and plugged this extra antenna in and placed it on my window sill and all the channels came in perfectly without having to adjust anything. The cord on the extra stand up antenna is long enough to put it rather far from the TV which is very convenient because you can move it around to find the best reception. The picture is clear as a whistle and the sound is very good, not muffled or fuzzy at all. The wide screen is another bonus, most of the digital HD channels are in wide screen mode so it works out well. This is a no brainer to set up and I am so glad I took the plunge and bought it!

Update: I have not had to use this yet in a power outage but have occasionally unplugged it and brought it to the table to watch during dinner when I wanted to see a show I was in the middle of. The 1 1/2 hr. battery now barely works for 1/2 hr. and I have not used it often. I really bought this to use in my kitchen but also just as importantly, to work during another hurricane after having a small black and white that took batteries and worked beautifully last time I needed it. With the new digital change, I had to find something else to have on hand and apparently, this won't be it. There is a new one coming out in August that does take regular alkaline batteries, I would suggest you go for that one if you want something to work in emergencies. Will still use this in my kitchen but now I will probably have to buy the other one just for emergency use since I live in a hurricane prone area. Very disappointed.

Update #2: Found a solution to the low battery power. The new TV that has the battery option is not well rated and apparently to get the battery power, you have to buy an additional $70 piece. After some research, I discovered that Duracell makes an 100 watt inverter power to go unit, it is a supplemental battery that can be charged from any outlet and/or from your car as well, and it will provide additional battery power not only for this TV but for cell phones, ipods or any other small electronics. Not only will it provide power, it will recharge your devices as well. It provides 44 hrs. of charge for an ipod, 12 days for a mobile phone, and 2 hrs. for a laptop. And, it has several outlets on it so you can use more than one device at a time with this battery. This item sells for about $40 and is a good solution for anyone who worries about being without power for any length of time.

Was asked for a link for the power source so here it is: Duracell 852-0281-07 DC to AC 100 Watt Inverter & 4.0 Amp/Hour Lithium Ion Mobile Power Source and I have this one which I picked up for about $40 but it is currently $99: Xantrex Technologies 852-0281 XPower PowerSource 100 Watt Inverter

UPDATE #3: Finally found a real old fashioned battery solution that this TV will work with. You just need D batteries and can keep replacing them for long term outages. This will also work with other small electronics with the right cords (like cell phones and ipods and anything with a car charger). Unfortunately Amazon doesn't sell it but here is where I got mine:

This should finally solve a lot of the problems with these digital TVs!
Nice TV

Reviewer: TMichel59, Sch'dy, NY
I bought this little TV for my wife for Christmas to replace the Sony 5" b&w that she uses in the kitchen. Unlike the Sony, it will be connected to cable so I figured reception won't be a problem. To test it before wrapping I auto-programmed it but only 4 local channels worked. This one came with a yellow tape strip on the back stating that the battery MUST be charged before the first use so out of desperation I followed the instructions and it worked great after that! Sharp clear picture, good color, sound a little "small" but has "presence". I like it. So if all else fails read the directions!
Amazing Portable TV

Review Date: December 24, 2008
Reviewer: D. Perkins,
I had little hope for great reception from this portable TV, I live in the country 50 miles from the transmitter towers. Analog reception is poor, but digital reception is amazing. Most of the stations are transmitting in digital and I get them all, although I most use the external antenna and it is very directional sensitive. The picture is as sharp as my digital cable connected LCD and sound quality is also excellent for the size of the speakers. The remote does not have a power or volume control functions which would be nice. On battery power it operates about two hours. I am so pleased with this TV and may buy another one for my office.

Axion AXN-8701 7-Inch Widescreen Portable Handheld TV with Built-In Tuner (Black)

First of all I was very pleased in receiving my TV very quickly (from Amazon). I must admit the TV has exceeded my expectations. Great quality, easy to work controls with all of the modern technologies. I am a very mobile person (from office, to home office, to patio, etc.) and this set works great. I even attempted to connect while in my patio hoping to use CABLE. I simply inserted the plug from my cable box and reconnected TV's, using the Axion - AND PRESTO - All cable channels came alive.

I haven't attempted to use the battery, but the manual indicates 100 minutes and while normally sufficient, I need to figure out an alternative (even though the battery cannot be removed - otherwise I would purchase a separate unit) as we plan on using the set during the Presidential Inaguration ceremonies in D.C., since we aren't lucky enough to get "front row" seats."

Anyway, this is a good buy and excellent for a person who is mobile.
I don't think you will go wrong with this

I purchased this for myself then ordered another as a Christmas present for a friend. The SF Bay Area is nortorious for reception - with the external antenna many channels came in crystal clear (with the internal antenna some stations were fuzzy). Stuffed everything into an old portable CD player travel case (Case Logic) for storage. Tested the battery - it indeed supplied an hour+ play-time.

Beautiful picture!

Review Date: March 24, 2009
Reviewer: David Farr, Niles, MI USA
Bought to replace a smaller-screen TV in our bedroom. The larger size is much appreciated, but the quality of the picture is beyond any I've seen. We have had other LCD HDTV sets, but this one far exceeds the picture quality of our other sets. Easy to set up. I got a wall mount for this size set and the entire installation took just a few minutes. Highly recommended and worth the extra money.
Best 26" LCD out there!

my first hd flat panel. spent a considerable amount of time researching and reading reviews trying to decide what would be my first hd tv. but in the end i came across this one, and with confidence in sony, it was a blind buy. been with it for a month now and i couldn't be more pleased with this tv. @ 720p the picture is stunning. blu-rays on this thing are gorgeous, as are my ps3 games. sound is surprisingly louder and clearer than i expected. as a bedroom set you couldn't ask for better. next, the living room set will definitely be a bravia.
One of life's little bargains!

At the price you may not at first think of this little SONY as a bargain, but wait until you've owned if for a month or so. If you have wasted time trying other, less expensive sets, as many of us have, then you will know what I mean by bargain!
Marvelous picture. Easy to set up and program.Easily moved around. I don't understand the negative comments about sound. What do you want?....a stereo system or a television set??!
This is a GREAT little television.
Buy this t.v., you won't be sorry

Reviewer: Stacey Schooler, Yucca Valley, CA
I bought this t.v. after getting fed up with my Norcent LCD unit. I love this set! The picture is crystal clear from any angle. It's super light, and pretty thin too. It was easy to hook up my DVD and Wii, and I have several ports to spare. It comes with a remote that can be used as a universal remote, which is great. The whole thing is just fantastic, and if you're looking for a t.v. I would say go for this one...you won't be disappointed!

Amazing HD Picture, but first TV delivered was defective

Review Date: April 27, 2009
Reviewer: j.unter, south florida
WHO TO BUY FROM: Amazon did not have this item in stock, so I waited for Amazon to have it in stock before buying - turned out to be the right decision. I bought another LCD tv last year from "ButterflyPhoto", a seller on Amazon's website, and it was a horrible experience. So I vowed never to buy a big ticket item from any other seller than Amazon on its site. Those sellers have such great reviews b/c if you get screwed like I did and the sale never goes through, you can never rate them. So only happy customers get to rate those sellers, hence the above-avg reviews.

DELIVERY AND DEFECTIVE TV: I ordered the TV on a Thurs and it was delivered to my house on Tues. Pilot (carrier) called to schedule and appt, brought it into my house, took it out of the box and placed it on my tv stand, then made sure it worked before asking me to sign. But by Friday, a 1/2 cm black line appeared in the screen (yikes!). On Sat. I called Amazon and they were great in shipping out a replacement TV immediately at no extra cost to me (they even gave me the option to replace with another make/model). The new TV arrived the next Fri and Pilot packaged and removed the defective TV. The new TV works fine (so far, fingers crossed). After mentioning my ordeal to several friends, a few mentioned they had defective LCD TVs also - so I guess its not so uncommon.

Dealing with Amazon is great. If I bought from those other sellers, I would have been left to deal with Sony via the warranty - No Thanks! Its worth the extra hundred dollars or so to go with Amazon.

PICTURE QUALITY: The HD picture is amazing. I had a 2004 42' Sony WEGA that produced 1080i, but the Bravia is a much, much better HD picture (however, it seems Comcast broadcasts in 1080i, not 1080p). When watching sports on my WEGA, the picture could not handle fast action so well. The Bravia corrects this pretty well (via the 120hz) and there is definitely a noticable difference/improvement versus my old WEGA. The 120hz is well worth the money.

BOTTOM LINE, at $1,823, I am happy with the TV even after the first one was defective. I found the Samsung to be too glossy a picture and didn't like the touch of red, so the 52v5100 was the perfect TV for me at that price. Buy from Amazon, not those other tricksters.
Excellent new model

Review Date: March 17, 2009

I just hooked it up yesterday, to replace my 50" Samsung DLP that broke. I had a 32" Vizio in its place for the past month, waiting for this model. Overall, I am very pleased with the set. As usual, the HD channels look spectacular and the interface is tremendously better than that of the Vizio's. It is hooked up to a HD DVR cable box, but configuration was a breeze. The non-HD channels definitely take a huge hit, as they look pretty bad on this size screen. In reality I wish I could have just gotten a 50" since the 2" additional makes a big difference in the overall size, but I am still pleased with the TV and glad I waited for this model to get the improved contrast ratio and 120 refresh rate.
A Great "Idiot Box"

I bought this with a PS3 (because it's a blu-ray player) and haven't looked back. It was super easy to set up with HDMI and optical audio cables and I am constantly blown away by the picture. The blacks are especially dark and I had heard that this might be a problem with LCD TV's. The in TV speakers are fine, not tinny, although I elected to disable them and run the sound through my receiver for surround sound. I really can't fault the TV in any way. Just try and get the best price you can!
A Great Experience

Review Date: July 26, 2009

The Sony Bravia KDL-52W5100 produces an outstanding high definition (HD) picture.

I did not note a particular problem with picture quality when viewing from an angle, even a little more than 45 degrees.

Calibration of the set is fairly straight forward, and the average viewer would probably be satisfied with the standard picture. If you're a viewer with a highly refined eye, you can tweek the picture to your heart's delight through the options menu accessed through the remote. There are numerous suggestions for custom setting for this TV on the Internet.

I was torn between ordering Sony BRAVIA V-Series KDL-52V5100 52-Inch and a similar and the higher rated Samsung LN52A650. I was leaning toward the Sony because the set was going in a room with several windows, so reflection was a consideration. The Sony screen has a satin non-reflective finish instead of the Samsung's high gloss. Several on-line reviewers had noted that the reflective surface of the Samsung was a problem. When I was ready to pull the trigger on this purchase I found the best Samsung price was $600 higher than the Sony. That along with my other considerations made up my mind in favor of the Sony.

LCD TV's have relatively small speakers, so the quality of sound is decent but limited. Many will chose to add a surround sound system or at least a couple of external speakers.

Purchase and Delivery

I found the best price online at Amazon.com. I ordered the set Monday and it was delivered to my home on Friday morning. The driver took the set out of the box and took all of the packing with him (earning a nice tip). The set came right out of the box mounted on a small fixed black stand. When I ordered the TV, I also ordered a useful flat panel TV stand with an integrated mount to the back of the set. This raises the TV a couple of feet off of the floor, provides left and righ swivel, and has 2 glass shelves for the cable box, blue Ray, etc. These stand are available locally or on line for [...].

I strongly recommend this television and Amazon.com.

Amazing

Just picked this up yesterday from the local BB to replace my aging 7 year old Sony 46" rear projection 1080i set with this puppy...

Now that we get MotionFlow @ 120hz on the V series I think this set is a no brainer. If I had the money I would probably choose this over the XBR anyways because i think it's a good value and I honestly can't tell the difference between this and the XBR. I just had to pop in Planet Earth on the PS3 and watch the bird scene from the beginning of Pole to Pole and it's like going from SDTV to HDTV all over again how sharp everything looks now.

Wonderful TV

Review Date: May 4, 2009
Reviewer: A. Pham, New Orleans, LA
I am so happy that I bought this TV because it is just outstanding. I did a lot of research on numerous TV's and was not totally satisfied until I saw this Panasonic Viera S1. I was planning on buying a TV with 120 Hz but the S1 handled fast motion very well. To summarize, here are the pro's and con's.

Pro:
Horizontal viewing angle
Great standard def. compared to other LCD. Amazing high def.
Blacks comprable to Samsung unless really off angle
Clarity/sharpness
Vivid colors
Thin attractive bezel
Built quality of TV and remote
Motion Focus technology
Price

Cons:
Blacks wash out if extremely off angle vertically (probably >150 degrees)
No fine control of colors
Largest size is 37 inches

If you are in the market for a TV this size, buy this thing and you will not regret it. I feel like I stole this TV from Panasonic because I bought it for $699. It outperforms a lot of LCD's that are $300-$500 more expensive. There is not another LCD out there in this price range that packs this much punch period!

Great TV

I spent a lot of time deliberating over whether to buy this TV. Since it costs $100-200 less than comparable TVs from Samsung, Sony, and Sharp, I thought there must be a catch. Eventually I decided to take the risk and purchased it, and I am very happy. The picture is outstanding - I have absolutely no complaints about this TV. It looks at least as good, if not better, than any other HDTV I've seen. I would recommend it to anyone.
Super Mid-size Performer

The 37" set is ideal for a small den or living room. It does not dominate the room until the set is turned on and its unbelievably clear picture makes you feel there's a window on the world. It exceeds the performance of our plasma 41" Panasonic, which itself is above average.
The sound is excellent as are all controls. Extremely pleased with this set.
Finally a great tv

This purchase was my third attempt to find a tv for my bedroom. My first thought was to get something inexpensive so I tried a Sceptre had to return it because it did not work. My next tv was the 37" Toshiba. The picture was ok until I had it calibarated then it was not so good. I returned that and decided that I would go with quality. I looked at Samsung first because I own a 46" but the cost was over $1000 the same for a Sony that was a 1080p. No one had the Panasonic on display to view nor could I find any riews for it but because of the quality of their Plasma TV I decided to give the LCD a try. When I first received the Panasonic I had it hooked up to Standard Def and the picture quality was just so so. I now have it hooked up to HD Sat and the picture is great it was a little bright but great. I find the colors to be very stunning. The blacks are truly black not just dark grey. For those looking for a great TV at a great price look no further. I own the equipment to calibrate my TV's and will be calibrating it soon.

everyone should buy this tv. by far this tv has the best picture i have seen in a 37" television. This is my very first lcd television so i may not be the most experianced with these types of tv's but i did my homework and went to every possible electronics store. Panasonic has the best picture(comparing to all the top brands) and the best price, it is still hard for me to believe i got this television for under eight hundred dollars. Amazon easily saved me hundreds of dollars by buying through them, if you are thinking about buying this television just buy it already. DON'T HESITATE BUY IT!

More with less

My requirement for a television is quite simple: plug it in to the cable box and have it work the first time; then turn on the sports event of the day, e.g. Mets or Yankees, Jets or Giants, etc. The Samsung 46 inch LED TV does that very well. You plug it in, it works.

This TV does more with less. It weighs only about 40 pounds plus another 10 pounds for the stand. Compare that with the older Samsung 950 model of the same size which weighs 70 pounds. The elegant stand allows for easy rotation. The TV is only a little over one inch thick! Power consumption has been measured by reviewers at about 105 watts. The 950 model comes in at 180 watts.

The picture is great. The contrast ratio, rated at 3,000,000 to 1, exceeds that of older LCD TVs. The black areas are dark and the picture has an almost 3D quality. There are four preset picture options. I chose the "normal" setting. The next higher setting, "standard", makes infield grass look almost dayglow. I do not think that there is a need to have any further adjustment done on the picture. However, there is an automatic dimming of the overall brightness for dark scenes. For instance, when the credits of a movie run against a black background the lettering becomes dimmer. This has no effect on sports, but does effect dark movie scenes.

The screen surface does reduce reflections but does not eliminate them entirely. The black frame is shiny and does also reflect some light. Rotating the screen to the best angle helps.

The remote provides choices for four picture size variations. I use "16:9" for the HD format or "wide" to make the non-HD, 4:3, video fill the screen. That loses some of the 4:3 picture at the top and bottom edges, but the picture quality is still good.

The sound also has four preset choices. Although, the internal speakers are not bad, I decided to use my sound system for the audio. The TV has an audio output connection, but the TV remote volume control only allows variation in the sound level for the internal speakers. The audio output stays at a constant level. I got around this by taking the audio from my cable box directly to my sound system and controlling the level with the cable remote. This works.

Although Samsung provides a version of the instruction manual on a USB drive with the TV, I found it easy to download and print a pdf of the manual from the Samsung support center. Having the printed manual is helpful. See my comment for the web address of the support center.

After one month, I still really like this TV. It is great for sports. An added bonus is that my electric bill has actually gone down.

Note: This review was written for the 6000 model. The 7000 model differs from the 6000 model in its I/O capabilities. Recently some people have reported that the 7000 has a better picture. If you do not need the extras, go with the 6000 and save a few dollars.

Great Set

This TV has produced a lot of controversy. After having spent a lot of time wading through it, passively and actively (debating it in threads), I came to the conclusion that I would get this set for a number of reasons:

1. I was not convinced by the people who were claiming that there were serious issues with this TV. One reviewer claimed to have seen trails in large dark objects. I went to the store and found NO ability to see it, and it was right next to the 750 (and a lot of other sets). As to the LED being edge and thus the lighting being inconsistent, ditto. I am not saying that it's all lies and local dimming is useless. I am saying that it's not something I can see right now (and that's really all I care about).

2. This set is INSANELY thin. I have a space for mine where this actually makes a big difference.

3. I like to vote with my dollars. This is the lowest consuming television ever made. The CNET list of sets showed that the range was 8:1, which is pretty phenomenal if you think about it; in cars, mileage is not even that spread out. This is a REMARKABLE achievement and it's a drag to hear people whining about dumb little imperfections that 99% of people would never see while they are buying from the other end of the spectrum. Of course, the amount of energy less you are going to use is not going to make a revolution, but a tiny percentage of all TVs using this amount would make a huge difference (game theory 101).

The biggest difference from my prior set (Westinghouse LCD) is this one actually has blacks.

The controls, menus, remote, etc., are all fine (I use a universal remote). Having a bunch of HDMI ports is great. I plugged in the connection to the web and looked at the Yahoo Widgets. Calling them useless at this point is an understatement. Should be interesting to see what is coming from that direction.

The argument that if the 750 looks just as good, save the money and get that is a compelling one. In terms of value overall, I paid ~$1500 for my 42" Westinghouse 3 years ago. I just replaced it because it had developed background noise (patterns you could see). If this set lasts 2 more years, it will have exceeded the prior value in size and savings of energy.

Again, this is a remarkable achievement in an industry that had told us we'd all be using power sipping OLED by now, this is a hybrid strategy, here today.
Love this TV

I won't go into as much detail as some others, but I do want to say that I've had this TV for 3 weeks and I absolutely love it. One thing I noticed on all TV's my friends have is when the scene goes dark, you can see the entire screen glow and most LCDs will only go so dark. Due to LED technology, which does not disappoint, this TV will go pitch black on dark scenes and very bright on light scenes.

One thing I do want to mention is that Samsung's Auto Motion Plus (AMP) is something that takes time to get used to, if you choose to use it. The funnies thing I've read about this TV is a person who paid over $2k and then sent the TV back because they said TV made everything they watched "look cheap, like a soap opera", so they rated TV one star, shipped it back to the store and bought a different brand. As soon as I got the TV hooked up, I popped in Matrix II into the DVD player and I did notice what that person was talking about. Entire movie didn't feel quite like a movie, but more like someone was holding a video camera and was following all the car chases and everything else. It did remind me of those "cheap" TV programs, but is also looked kind of like you are actually there. I read more about it and realized that if I turn off AMP, the TV will show everything "normally" and there is absolutely no reason to send it back if AMP is not your thing.

However, I read more about AMP and from what I can tell, it is the imperfections in normal movies and motion blur that we are all used to. What AMP does is figure out where all moving objects are, "unblurs" them and actually plays back the scene at 120fps instead of 24fps. Extra frames are extrapolated based on object motion in the scene. The result is that everything is extremely sharp and clear and motion blur is almost entirely gone. I've seen Matrix II about 8 times and when I watched it with AMP turned on, I noticed extra cool, little details which I've never even noticed before when watching it on a regular TV.
Amazing is the only way to describe...

I was eyeing this tv the day it was introduced and had to put it off for a while because of my upcoming wedding.

After that was over though, I was right back to salivating over this set. I was ready to pay retail for this at a certain blue big-box store. Never even thinking to check Amazon for it. Long story short I did and I am in LOVE with this set! It has been worth every penny so far.

I have been drawn to Samsung LCD's ever since they came out with the Touch of Color. We ended getting this one in the red because it brought a really good balance of color to our living room. This tv is also available in TOC gray at the aforementioned big-box store. But why get something this beautiful in a color that won't make it stand out?! Of course the profile only being a little over 1" makes this look incredible mounted with Samsung's slim wall mount kit. With the kit it only stands off of the wall about two inches and is easy enough to install. I love when people first come over and see it. I get comments on how nice this tv is every time. And that's before I even turn it on!

Hit the power button and WOW, the colors are just incredible and the blacks are actually black. No issues have been seen that have been mentioned in other reviews(ie: inconsistent backlighting). I was afraid I was going to have to adjust the settings like crazy to get the screen as good as it looked in the store. Boy was I wrong. I changed maybe two sliders slightly in the menu. Speaking of which.... the menu's are very easy to use and are laid out thoughtfully. Everything seems to be customizable too, including the standby light and little jingle when you power on and off(Nice touch, Samsung! I cannot say the same for the Vizio in our bedroom.). Tons of connections in the back too.

I also cannot get around the fact that this tv just flat out saves us money too!! It's power consumption is insanely low. We use the DLNA Technology in this to access our home server directly and watch movies, listen to music and view photos we have saved. So it is on almost all the time in our home. I was intending to do this with whatever tv I purchased so this one is essentially paying for itself over a standard LCD. And of saving money makes my wife happy! :)

Two things that bug me though:

The internet features that seperate this model from the 6000 series seem to be of limited function though. I check it occasionally to see the new content that is available, but nothing has really seemed to interest me yet. I will keep watching though, I have heard of some promising things on the horizon for this.

The glossy finish on bezel is EXTREMELY SCRATCH PRONE!! I knew this, my wife did not. With luck though, I realized that Zaino show car wax fixes the bezel back to better than new. Much better actually! It almost looks liquid now! I have yet to take a good picture but look at the Nissan 350Z on their home page and you'll get the idea. [...]

I would say that covers all of the major stuff with the Samsung UN46B7000. I have owned this tv for about four months now and would say that if any other annoyance would be popping up, it would have happened by now. Thanks for reading and hope I helped you decide to pick up this amazing television! Please rate!!

I had the Samsung UN40B7000 for about 3 weeks and loved the picture quality and the features it has. Coming from a 27 to a 32 and now a 40" I love the large screen size. I would have thought the large the screen the more defects I would notice on the screen but that did not affect me at all. Now I can't see my shelf viewing a smaller screen at all anymore. This past week I noticed that the prices on the UN40B7000 and UN467000 dropped dramatically at my local Fry's $1499 for the 40" and $1699 for the 46" and both included the Samsung BD P1600 Blue Ray Player worth $225 for FREE. I had no choice but return my 40" and replaced it with the 46" for the same price I paid for the 40" and received the Free Blue-Ray player. Now that I have hooked up the UN467000 I love the bigger screen and happy I upgraded to the 46" for the same price.

Picture:
I didn't notice any flashing or black corners on both of my Samsung 7000, only clear high resolution picture with vivid colors. Compared to the Sony XBR9 the Samsung LED picture quality is bright and the color pops out. HD picture is awesome and the SD is okay for an LCD much better than my old 32" and my brothers XBR4. With 3,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and 120hz Auto Motion that you can be turn off or adjusted this TV has an it all.

Blue Ray movies is outstanding, best picture I've ever seen in any TV set and the standard DVD plays great as well not Blue Ray quality but it's a step up from my old TV. But I don't know if it's because of my new 46" 7000 or the new Samsung BD P1600 that Fry's throw in that make the picture much better or both.

Gaming:
I have the TV set up with the PS3 and it's great. The picture quality is amazing no blur affects at all in fast movement.

Sound:
Speakers could be better but what do we expect for a TV that is 1.2" thin. I've purchased the Sony HTC T100 sound bar to get better sound. I must say the HTC T100 has a great sound and meets my expectation and needs (See my review).

Features:
I haven't yet connected the TV to the internet to see how the widget or DNLA works but I have used the USB connection to plug in my flash drive to view movies, picutres and listen to music. I've even connected my I-pod to it and it plays my music, video and even charges the battery.

Overall this TV is the best LCD TV I've seen and I've been looking for months. The prices are steadily going down and it's much more affordable to go larger now than it was a month ago and according to what I've read the prices might go even lower when it gets closer to the Super Bowl and of course Black Friday. I highly recommend this TV to any one who is looking for a thin set that doesn't compromises picture quality, features or price.
